About Paweł
With a distinguished career in the health and pharmaceutical industry spanning nearly three decades, Paweł began his journey in 1995. From 2001, he collaborated with leading European pharmaceutical companies including Stada GmbH, Alfa Wassermann, and Medagro International (now Angelini Pharma), building extensive expertise in medical innovation and healthcare solutions.
Since 2007, he has been a key figure at COLWAY Poland, where his leadership and vision continue to drive excellence and growth within the brand..
Meet Paweł — Founder and Health Advocate
Paweł’s journey to New Zealand began in early 2013, when he arrived from Poland as a seasoned traveller — New Zealand was the 44th country he had explored. Initially visiting Auckland to reconnect with friends, dive in the pristine waters, and write about the South Pacific, Paweł quickly fell under the spell of Aotearoa’s beauty – and two years later, Auckland became his permanent home.
Recognising a clear gap in the New Zealand market for world-class skincare products and supplements, Paweł made the natural decision to import Colway’s innovative European range. Having personally experienced the life-changing benefits of Colway products during his recovery from serious accidents, he was driven to share these superior formulations with others.
With a lifelong passion for health, wellness, and sports, Paweł remains deeply committed to scientific advancement, continuously refreshing his knowledge to stay at the forefront of medical and nutritional research. His role as a trusted health advisor is one he carries with great dedication, taking pride in helping individuals elevate their well-being and reclaim the vitality they deserve.
Pawel’s vast background includes work experience as a paramedic and anatomo-patho-morphologist specialising in Organ Transplants in:
- Eye Bank, Eye Clinic (Ophthalmology Clinic in Lublin, Poland)
- Eye Bank of Prague (Czech Republic),
- TBI Baltimore (USA),
- Eye Tissue Bank in Manila (Philippines),
also:
- Military scuba diver – miner & pathfinder (CMAS 3 stars), (1990-1992)
- Swim and Water Rescue instructor/team leader for both swim club, medical school, fire department and water rescue department, all throughout his adult life.
Pawel’s diverse academic and professional background reflects a lifelong dedication to health, safety, and personal development. His qualifications span from certified Paramedic and anatomo-patho-morphologist to scuba diver, swim and water rescue instructor, and a master’s degree holder in Sports Psychology for children.
At H&S Swim School in Auckland, Pawel’s expertise in swim coaching, water rescue, and sports psychology is highly valued. His students benefit from his dynamic coaching style and deep understanding of performance psychology, particularly during his popular weekday evening swim squads.
Beyond the pool, Pawel fully embraces the Kiwi lifestyle. Weekends and holidays find him traveling, scuba diving, and pursuing his passion for underwater photography. Always eager to give back to his adopted country, Pawel is a regular plasma donor for the NZ Blood Service and frequently volunteers for subaquatic ocean clean-up initiatives—any opportunity to dive and make a difference.
